Came out to my house on an early Saturday morning after my hot water tank decided to almost catch fire and burn my house down! I knew I needed a new tank and they arrived at 8:30AM, an hour after I called them. They showed up and worked for almost 4 hours to get my old tank out, which was 2/3 full of sediment and would not drain. Once they got it out of the small, enclosed location they installed the new tank within 45 minutes. The lead tech told me that was in the top 3 most difficult tanks to remove he's ever done and was the most sediment filled he's ever seen! But God Bless them, they worked until the job was done, cleaned up after themselves, and were super friendly and polite as well! They answered every question I had, were professional the entire time, and finished the job within the quoted price.
