We are better suited to handle the complex nature of commercial plumbing than most.
When you have a commercial building in the Wilmington, North Carolina area, you need to be careful when hiring a plumber. Many plumbing companies focus mostly on residential plumbing and have only minimal experience with commercial plumbing. At East Atlantic Plumbing LLC, we have been providing residential, industrial, and commercial plumbing services since 1985.
During our more than 35 years of business, we have consistently invested in high-tech equipment and extensive training for our master and journeyman plumbing professionals. We are better suited to handle the complex nature of commercial plumbing than most. In fact, other plumbing companies often send commercial customers to us with issues that they weren’t able to resolve.
Technicians were very nice and cleared a bathroom sink drain that was clogged. I was very shocked at how much they charged for clearing the drain. Our bill was $523 for that! I feel we were grossly overcharged for what they did in less than an hour! The owner did call me as well as the tech who did the work. The owner was gracious and agreed to refund part of the charge. We appreciate his willingness to satisfy our concerns.
They came early. Help me with several problems that I was having. Most people don't you to ask for help doing other jobs. They were up front about the charges. At 84, I need extra help with some other plumbing. This was their second time at my house for plumbing leaks. Nothing happens at the same time. I'm looking forward to our next visit. THANK YOU for your Help.
Today was the first time I had Nick as my technician. He went full on and corrected a problem that has been plaguing this hotel for anwhile. Above and beyond. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
East Atlantic is by far the easiest and best plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. Their staff is amazing, professional, and prompt. They were thorough in all communication, efficient and expedient in their work, and I felt informed and confident throughout the job.
We had an emergency with our 16 year old Rinnai water heater on a Friday afternoon. The techs (great guys) were here within an hour, assessed the situation and had a new unit installed within a couple of hours. Very appreciative of the terrific service.
I was very pleased with Jesse’s service. He’s Very polite and professional. They snaked my pipe 100 feet and used a camera and checked the crawlspace for my old pipes. They cleared the clog and I believe they’re fair and reasonable. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I’ll be back.
Called because I had a toilet running. They were at my home within 30-45 min, had the problem solved in about the same amount of time and very reasonably priced. They saved me in the past so I knew to call them and they did not disappoint this time either. They are now my preferred plumber and will be recommending them to all of my clients as well.
This company, specifically JC is always prompt, professional and pleasant to work with. I have used them for both of my homes and don’t plan on using anyone else.
They came on time and were very polite and helpful. They made the diagnosis and promptly made the repair. We will definitely us them again for all our plumbing issues.
Our water heater tank was leaking and needed replacement. Jonathan arrived actually a little early which was great since we needed hot water ASAP. He quickly replaced our water heater with a very neat plumbing run. He cleaned up the area, took the old tank for disposal and was done in about 2 hours. All this happened less than 12 hrs from when I called East Atlantic Plumbing to schedule a repair. My highest recommendation for East Atlantic Plumbing.
Very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Look forward to working with this team in the future
