I called and spoke to a super helpful woman named Nicky. She was able to send out a team ( Jonathan and Ryan) within 4 hours of me calling. I was expecting to have to wait a couple days. The gentleman arrived on time and were very friendly. They fixed my issue quickly and answered all of my extra questions. I recommend without hesitation.
This my second time using East Atlantic Plumbing. Couldn't be happier. They have repaired a pipe leak, installed a hot water heater, replaced the main service shut off valve and replaced a hose bib. Each time the technicians were on-time (even early), very efficient and professional. They also explained the work very well, including options before and what they did after completed. Fair price for both service visits for the work completed. I will be using East Atlantic Plumbing for all my future needs and highly recommend you give them a try.
Jc and Chris came out to fix a problem I had with my garbage disposal and dishwasher not draining. They were both very knowledgeable and got it repaired and back running in a short amount of time. I will definitely be using this company for all my future plumbing projects. Very impressed.

A big thank you to Davis for coming out to unclog a pipe that has caused us numerous floods after doing laundry. He spent at least 2.5 hours working on the issue, including cutting through the wall and clearing out the pipe. The next step will be replacing the pipe, and i have full confidence that Davis will do a great job with it.

I’ve used a plumbing company since I moved into my home in 2021. They seemed reliable and professional; however, they couldn’t fix a disgusting odor randomly coming from beneath the kitchen sink with the attitude that I was exaggerating. The plumber came out repeatedly to find and make the necessary repairs while the charges kept mounting up without resolution. I finally had another plumbing company take a look - and $700 later with redoing plumbing that didn’t need to be redone with another $900 to thread a camera to go throughout my plumbing to “try” to find the issue (which I declined because they had no clear idea what was causing the odor), I decided to make an appointment with East Atlantic. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Jesse came out with another technician. They listened to the history, took appropriate measures to rule out possibilities, and decided to do a test. Within 45 minutes of arrival, the issue was confirmed and repaired. All this for less cost than any one visit from the other companies. Issue resolved! East Atlantic is now my company of choice. They will take care of all my plumbing needs including descaling my tankless water heater. Thanks to their five-star reviews, I located them on Google. Best company! Prompt appointments. They actually know what they’re doing - a rare find.

These guys were professional and had everything required to complete the complex plumbing issue I had in 2 days due to their preparation, when it would have taken others 4-5 days. Jesse is a solid guy who will talk through the project and any tweaks you would like to see. Very impressed with this company. Will use them again.

I cannot say enough great things about this East Atlantic Plumbing Company LLC and especially and Techs Jesse and David. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Not only did they fix the issue I originally called about quickly and efficiently, but they also went well above and beyond by identifying and repairing another problem I didn’t even know existed.
Because of their attention to detail and honesty, they were able to fix an issue that will significantly extend the life of my grinder pump and likely save me a lot of money and headaches down the road. That kind of care and integrity is hard to find these days. Jesse and David clearly take pride in their work, and it shows.

I had a super tricky job that entailed dealing with not enough grade from one end of my mobile home to other. These guys figured out how to solve the problem and got everything working perfectly!!! They were on time, professional, friendly and very great at communication ! I could not ask for a better experience and a better outcome! I cannot recommend this company enough!!! Every step of this renovation project was a breeze!!
We had found a puddle of water in front of the washing machine. Made an appointment that soon turned into an emergency. We had water coming up the floor in the kitchen, next in the hallway.. called them back and Fran headed over immediately. Within minutes a van pulled up. Matt found a clogged P trap and a broken pipe. Replaced it, flushed out the line and put the machines back in place. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was very impressed and will definitely call them again if we ever have any further issues. I have recommended them to others already.
