We had an emergency with our 16 year old Rinnai water heater on a Friday afternoon. The techs (great guys) were here within an hour, assessed the situation and had a new unit installed within a couple of hours. Very appreciative of the terrific service.
I was very pleased with Jesse’s service. He’s Very polite and professional. They snaked my pipe 100 feet and used a camera and checked the crawlspace for my old pipes. They cleared the clog and I believe they’re fair and reasonable. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I’ll be back.
Called because I had a toilet running. They were at my home within 30-45 min, had the problem solved in about the same amount of time and very reasonably priced. They saved me in the past so I knew to call them and they did not disappoint this time either. They are now my preferred plumber and will be recommending them to all of my clients as well.
This company, specifically JC is always prompt, professional and pleasant to work with. I have used them for both of my homes and don’t plan on using anyone else.
Anytime I have work done by East Atlantic, I always get top-notch service. Today I had Jesse as my main technician, he is always the best. Above and beyond. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
They came on time and were very polite and helpful. They made the diagnosis and promptly made the repair. We will definitely us them again for all our plumbing issues.
Our water heater tank was leaking and needed replacement. Jonathan arrived actually a little early which was great since we needed hot water ASAP. He quickly replaced our water heater with a very neat plumbing run. He cleaned up the area, took the old tank for disposal and was done in about 2 hours. All this happened less than 12 hrs from when I called East Atlantic Plumbing to schedule a repair. My highest recommendation for East Atlantic Plumbing.
I absolutely love working with this company. They are fairly priced and great about scheduling. Every installer that I have worked with has been knowledgable and experienced at the trade. Paco is the best. I have worked with him on most projects.
Timely and professional service received when an urgent and unexpected (& stressful) situation came up with my water heater. Girl who answered was very nice and extremely patient with me. She scheduled JC who was here within a few hours. He was thorough in explaining what was going on and why. Just an overall great experience.
They were able to come out in less than 24 hours {non-emergency}. They were on time/early. The two young men were very courteous and professional . First time using this company, will definitely use for any plumbing needs in the future. New toilet install and fix shower fixture.
Zach, owner & operator of ROSEDAWG Plumbing was highly recommended by my son and future daughter-in-law. From the moment I reached out to Zach via text message I knew I made the right decision to connect with him. I scheduled an appointment with Zach to review the work I was requesting to have him complete. I cannot say enough good things about my interactions with Zach and the incredible work ethic he has. Zach addressed and fixed all of my issues and I look forward to having him return when the need arises. I encourage anyone with any issue big or small to connect with Zach at ROSEDAWG plumbing.
5 Star all the way!!! From the office staff contacting me, setting up the appointment to fit my schedule to the guys showing up to get the job done! I had the pleasure to have Jesse and his helper come out, they were excellent, professional and kind. Problem solved in no time!!! Will definitely recommend & use again in the future. Thank you East Atlantic Plumbing!!!! What a great team you have!
