Lift stations are needed when there are elevation or distance concerns.
In many situations, there is enough elevation difference for wastewater to travel from the structure to the public sewer line with just gravity making it possible. However, that isn’t always the case, and gravity may not be sufficient to get the wastewater all the way to the municipal waste management facility. Lift stations are often needed to compensate for distance and elevation issues. At East Atlantic Plumbing LLC, we provide services related to lift stations throughout the Castle Hayne, North Carolina area.
While most residential homes do not need or have lift stations, that can’t be said for commercial properties. The excess amount of wastewater, the complexity of the system, and the more critical need to avoid backups often make lift stations necessary for commercial and industrial enterprises. Having lift stations isn’t enough, however, as they must be kept in top condition if you are to avert disaster. Regular maintenance and inspections are necessary to catch any problems before they can materialize into a full-fledged shutdown.
Quick to schedule an appointment. Received a phone call prior to appointment to let me know they were on the way. I walked outside to meet them. Two young gentlemen walked up with a pep in their step, introduced themselves, very polite and nice manners. I showed them the outside faucet they would be replacing, they hustled to the truck, retrieved tools and quickly started to work. They worked very diligently. Cleaned the work area. Came to the porch to settle the account. Very professional. Very impressed. I was sent an email with a copy of the invoice while they were present, along with photos of the work completed.
The past couple days, East Atlantic assisted and bailed me out of trouble. I run a 150 room hotel and Friday night it hit the fan. Transformer explosion in downtown, Hot water not working and a major leak in the hotel. Fran dispatched all the right people to address my issues. There was still some residual issues. So Fran and Joe came out. Let’s call them the dream team. Fran and Joe went to numerous rooms to find what was causing the issue. BAM!!! Issue found in a room no where near the initial problem. All issues corrected. Rooms back in service. I couldn’t ask for better service and results. I’ve been using East Atlantic for the past five years at different properties. I wouldn’t even think about using anyone else. Thank you Fran, Joe, Jessie and the other techs involved. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Jonathan and Aiden were wonderful! I had been told by two previous plumbers that the cast-iron pipe under my floors was probably failing. Since my house is on a slab, the only solution would be to jackhammer my floors and replace the pipes. Jonathan and Aiden worked diligently and cleared the clog. Thank goodness I didn’t listen to the other plumbers and let them tear my house apart.
East Atlantic Plumbing is a true honest company to take care of all your plumbing needs, for example when I called and asked about my 18-year-old hot water heater being serviced ,Jessie gave me his honest opinion about the water heater , just to sum everything up this company isn't about money they're about providing quality affordable service to their customers.
Technicians were very nice and cleared a bathroom sink drain that was clogged. I was very shocked at how much they charged for clearing the drain. Our bill was $523 for that! I feel we were grossly overcharged for what they did in less than an hour! The owner did call me as well as the tech who did the work. The owner was gracious and agreed to refund part of the charge. We appreciate his willingness to satisfy our concerns.
They came early. Help me with several problems that I was having. Most people don't you to ask for help doing other jobs. They were up front about the charges. At 84, I need extra help with some other plumbing. This was their second time at my house for plumbing leaks. Nothing happens at the same time. I'm looking forward to our next visit. THANK YOU for your Help.
Today was the first time I had Nick as my technician. He went full on and corrected a problem that has been plaguing this hotel for anwhile. Above and beyond. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
East Atlantic is by far the easiest and best plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. Their staff is amazing, professional, and prompt. They were thorough in all communication, efficient and expedient in their work, and I felt informed and confident throughout the job.
We had an emergency with our 16 year old Rinnai water heater on a Friday afternoon. The techs (great guys) were here within an hour, assessed the situation and had a new unit installed within a couple of hours. Very appreciative of the terrific service.
I was very pleased with Jesse’s service. He’s Very polite and professional. They snaked my pipe 100 feet and used a camera and checked the crawlspace for my old pipes. They cleared the clog and I believe they’re fair and reasonable. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I’ll be back.
Called because I had a toilet running. They were at my home within 30-45 min, had the problem solved in about the same amount of time and very reasonably priced. They saved me in the past so I knew to call them and they did not disappoint this time either. They are now my preferred plumber and will be recommending them to all of my clients as well.
This company, specifically JC is always prompt, professional and pleasant to work with. I have used them for both of my homes and don’t plan on using anyone else.
