I seriously can’t say enough good things about East Atlantic Plumbing. We had a plumbing emergency today, on a holiday of course, where none of our toilets would flush and everything was backing up into the showers and tubs. And because I apparently thought flushing the toilet a few more times would somehow fix the problem…I ended up busting a seal too🙄 Matt and Aiden were at our house within 30 minutes of calling. They tried snaking the line first, but because we have old cast iron plumbing they couldn’t get all the way to the main line. They were completely upfront the whole time about what they were doing, what our options were, and what everything could cost. When the snake didn’t work, they left to get a jet truck, came back, got on our roof IN THE DARK and ran the jet down the vent stack, which cleared the clog immediately. They were both so easy to work with and just genuinely nice guys. If we’d had time to make dinner tonight, they honestly would’ve been invited to sit down and eat with us 🫱🏼🫲🏽 That’s how great they were. Showing up that fast on a holiday and doing whatever they had to do to get everything working again definitely earned our business from here on out. 100% recommend them!
Timely and professional service received when an urgent and unexpected (& stressful) situation came up with my water heater. Girl who answered was very nice and extremely patient with me. She scheduled JC who was here within a few hours. He was thorough in explaining what was going on and why. Just an overall great experience.
They were able to come out in less than 24 hours {non-emergency}. They were on time/early. The two young men were very courteous and professional . First time using this company, will definitely use for any plumbing needs in the future. New toilet install and fix shower fixture.

Jesse is an outstanding, knowledgeable plumber. In less than an hour, he found where my toilet leak originated-without technology-stopped the leak, and will return to do the pipe work- my home is on a concrete slab. Aside from Jesse's expertise, he is a very nice, trustworthy individual, who enjoys helping his customers. No more searching for a plumber, I found the best, East Atlantic and Jesse.

This my second time using East Atlantic Plumbing. Couldn't be happier. They have repaired a pipe leak, installed a hot water heater, replaced the main service shut off valve and replaced a hose bib. Each time the technicians were on-time (even early), very efficient and professional. They also explained the work very well, including options before and what they did after completed. Fair price for both service visits for the work completed. I will be using East Atlantic Plumbing for all my future needs and highly recommend you give them a try.
Jc and Chris came out to fix a problem I had with my garbage disposal and dishwasher not draining. They were both very knowledgeable and got it repaired and back running in a short amount of time. I will definitely be using this company for all my future plumbing projects. Very impressed.
Davis was friendly, knowledgeable, and an absolute joy to work with! This plumbing company was amazing from start to finish. They responded quickly and got to our job the very same day. Davis efficiently took care of two plumbing issues in one visit, and his work was excellent. We truly appreciate the prompt, professional service and will definitely be using them again. A big thank you to Davis for coming out to unclog a pipe that has caused us numerous floods after doing laundry. He spent at least 2.5 hours working on the issue, including cutting through the wall and clearing out the pipe. The next step will be replacing the pipe, and i have full confidence that Davis will do a great job with it.
David has taken care of several plumbing issues for me over the years. He is knowledgeable, punctual, respectful and polite. I find his pricing is reasonable! Give him a call the next time you have a plumbing issue, you won’t be disappointed!
I’ve used a plumbing company since I moved into my home in 2021. They seemed reliable and professional; however, they couldn’t fix a disgusting odor randomly coming from beneath the kitchen sink with the attitude that I was exaggerating. The plumber came out repeatedly to find and make the necessary repairs while the charges kept mounting up without resolution. I finally had another plumbing company take a look - and $700 later with redoing plumbing that didn’t need to be redone with another $900 to thread a camera to go throughout my plumbing to “try” to find the issue (which I declined because they had no clear idea what was causing the odor), I decided to make an appointment with East Atlantic. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Jesse came out with another technician. They listened to the history, took appropriate measures to rule out possibilities, and decided to do a test. Within 45 minutes of arrival, the issue was confirmed and repaired. All this for less cost than any one visit from the other companies. Issue resolved! East Atlantic is now my company of choice. They will take care of all my plumbing needs including descaling my tankless water heater. Thanks to their five-star reviews, I located them on Google. Best company! Prompt appointments. They actually know what they’re doing - a rare find.
