We had an excellent experience with replacement of a leaking water heater. I called first thing in the morning and by 10:30 the installation was complete. I spoke with Jesse and Matt by telephone, JC and Chris came out to provide the service. Everyone was exceptionally kind, professional, and efficient. I was offered several options for replacement and was provided a quote for each of the same-day options. JC and Chris arrived on time, they worked perfectly as a team and left the work area clean and neat. They were very personable and patient answering my questions. I'm grateful for an excellent experience, these folks went above and beyond for us today.
East Atlantic Plumbing exceeded all of my expectations. I woke up early Thursday morning to a leaking water heater and they had it replaced by early afternoon. Quick, courteous, communicative and reasonably priced. You couldn’t expect any better work from any company. I rate them as A+!.
My kitchen sink was blocked and I couldn't get it unblocked with my 33' snake. I called and a plumber was here in a couple hours. I was pleased with the two guys who came. They were nice and got the job done in half an hour. I'm happy to have my sink back but it was an expensive lesson learned!
Quick to schedule an appointment. Received a phone call prior to appointment to let me know they were on the way. I walked outside to meet them. Two young gentlemen walked up with a pep in their step, introduced themselves, very polite and nice manners. I showed them the outside faucet they would be replacing, they hustled to the truck, retrieved tools and quickly started to work. They worked very diligently. Cleaned the work area. Came to the porch to settle the account. Very professional. Very impressed. I was sent an email with a copy of the invoice while they were present, along with photos of the work completed.
The past couple days, East Atlantic assisted and bailed me out of trouble. I run a 150 room hotel and Friday night it hit the fan. Transformer explosion in downtown, Hot water not working and a major leak in the hotel. Fran dispatched all the right people to address my issues. There was still some residual issues. So Fran and Joe came out. Let’s call them the dream team. Fran and Joe went to numerous rooms to find what was causing the issue. BAM!!! Issue found in a room no where near the initial problem. All issues corrected. Rooms back in service. I couldn’t ask for better service and results. I’ve been using East Atlantic for the past five years at different properties. I wouldn’t even think about using anyone else. Thank you Fran, Joe, Jessie and the other techs involved. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Jonathan and Aiden were wonderful! I had been told by two previous plumbers that the cast-iron pipe under my floors was probably failing. Since my house is on a slab, the only solution would be to jackhammer my floors and replace the pipes. Jonathan and Aiden worked diligently and cleared the clog. Thank goodness I didn’t listen to the other plumbers and let them tear my house apart.
East Atlantic Plumbing is a true honest company to take care of all your plumbing needs, for example when I called and asked about my 18-year-old hot water heater being serviced ,Jessie gave me his honest opinion about the water heater , just to sum everything up this company isn't about money they're about providing quality affordable service to their customers.
Technicians were very nice and cleared a bathroom sink drain that was clogged. I was very shocked at how much they charged for clearing the drain. Our bill was $523 for that! I feel we were grossly overcharged for what they did in less than an hour! The owner did call me as well as the tech who did the work. The owner was gracious and agreed to refund part of the charge. We appreciate his willingness to satisfy our concerns.
They came early. Help me with several problems that I was having. Most people don't you to ask for help doing other jobs. They were up front about the charges. At 84, I need extra help with some other plumbing. This was their second time at my house for plumbing leaks. Nothing happens at the same time. I'm looking forward to our next visit. Today was the first time I had Nick as my technician. He went full on and corrected a problem that has been plaguing this hotel for anwhile. Above and beyond. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

We had an emergency with our 16 year old Rinnai water heater on a Friday afternoon. The techs (great guys) were here within an hour, assessed the situation and had a new unit installed within a couple of hours. Very appreciative of the terrific service.
I was very pleased with Jesse’s service. He’s Very polite and professional. They snaked my pipe 100 feet and used a camera and checked the crawlspace for my old pipes. They cleared the clog and I believe they’re fair and reasonable. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I’ll be back.
